Shipping &Tracking
Q: What are the shipping options:

A: We currently offer two shipping options: USPS Priority and UPS Ground. Orders placed through USPS Priority will take 2-3 days general to receive, while UPS Ground will take 2-7 days depending where the final destination is. We also can ship to APO.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. If further assistance is needed please e-mail us at sales@llcollections.com

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, the only international area we ship to is Canada.

Returns
Q: What is the return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping and handling is non-refundable for all returns and exchanges. All return items must include original packaging and must NOT be used, soiled, washed, wrinkled, or damaged. Please email us for any concerns of return or exchange.

Q: When will get my credit for the refund?
A: All return items must include original packaging and must NOT be used, soiled, washed, wrinkled, or damaged. A refund will be issued within 3-5 days of return contingent upon receiving the item in its original form and content.

Q: What are the return instructions?
A: For most products, the packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item.

Here are the basic steps:

  • Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
  • Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
  • Enclose one copy of the packing list with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item
  • All products must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
